Ed Baran possesses an extensive background in the homebuilding industry. He was a member of the executive team of a fortune-500 homebuilder for nearly 12 years. During his last year in that capacity, he closed over 1000 homes with the highest customer service rating in the company nationwide. He has a broad range of leadership experience in the construction field with the majority of his over 25 years of experience in the homebuilding industry.

For the past 9 years, Ed has invested his time and expertise in his own company North Bay Development, a General Contracting firm that specializes in ground-up commercial, tenant improvement projects, and extensive residential projects.
North Bay Development, Inc. has operated in California since 2009. Our key team is rounded out by Kathy Baran, Corporate Secretary/Office Manager; Sabrina Johnson, Project Manager and Charlie Burnette, Project Manager with 30+ years of combined experience in the construction industry.
